CMP.Nos.12245, 12246 & 12247 of in S.A.No.714 of 1997 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J These petitions are filed to condone the delay in filing the petition, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and to bring on record legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent to the appeal.

2. In these petitions, the respondents have been served, they have entered appearance, but there is no counter. Being satisfied with the reasons, all the three Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

Office is directed to amend the cause title and show the respondents 13 to 15 as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent.
