This Contempt petition has been filed against the respondent for violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.17110 of 2012, dated 30.04.2019.

2. On the previous hearing date, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through counsel duly instructed.

3. The learned Government Advocate who had taken notice on behalf of the respondent has forwarded the order dated 13.02.2020 in Na.Ka.No.18385/E2/19 passed by the Director of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Chennai.

4. In view of the above, there has been a compliance of the order of 2/3

this Court and nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, contempt petition is closed.
