The specific case of the petitioner is that he has undergone a course before the respondent at Andhra Pradesh. Not even a part of the cause of action has arisen within a jurisdiction of this Court. This Court does not have a Pan India jurisdiction, unless some cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. In the present case, admittedly, the entire cause of action had arisen only in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, this Court cannot issue any directions to the authority in Andhra Pradesh.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. However, liberty is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court at Andhra Pradesh, in the manner known to law.
