ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal dated 06.01.2020 filed against the order of the 3rd respondent dated 26.05.2017 in his proceedings in RTR 181/2017/B2 Na.Ka.1821/A3/2017.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent as against the issuance of patta in favour of the fourth respondent on 06.01.2020 and it is pending.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.01.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
