This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing this revision against the impugned order dated 17.05.2024 passed by the SubDivisional Executive Magistrate cum Sub-Collector, Hosur.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 125 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
