[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's son, namely, T.Mohankumar s/o.Thangavel, aged about 37 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
3. Today, Mr.M.Dhanasekaran, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai East Police Station, [Mobile No.94860 09865] is present.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Tiruvannamalai P.S.Crime No.842 of 2021 was registered on 24.12.2021 for 'man missing' and the alleged detenu Mohan Kumar was secured on 24.01.2022 and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvannamalai and he was handed over to the petitioner.
