Crl.M.P.No.3649 of 2021 Crl.M.P.No.3649 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14261 of 2020 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J ., The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition in Cr.O.P.No.14261 of 2020 was filed seeking to quash the C.C.No.35 of 2008 and the same was ordered by this Court on 22.09.2020. However, some typographical error has crept in the order wherein, the C.C. Number, name of the trial Court and the petitioner's name and also the rank of co-accused have been wrongly mentioned and thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking to amend the corrections in the above said order.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would further submit that he had earlier filed a petition for amendment. Since there were some mistakes in the petition, he had withdrawn the earlier amendment petition and filed the present petition for amendment. 3.In view of the above submissions, Registry is directed to carry out the following corrections in Crl.O.P.No.14261 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020 as detailed below and wherever necessary;

Crl.M.P.No.3649 of 2021 1.The calender case number in paragraph No.3 shall be read as "C.C.No.35 of 2008" instead of C.C.No.30 of 2008.

2.The satisfaction Court shall be read as "IX Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai" instead of XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Special Cases, Chennai, in the order as well as in the prayer and copy to portion.

3.The name of the petitioner shall be read as "B.Subramanian" instead of S.Subramanian in paragraph No.5.

4.The 9th line in paragraph No.12 of the order copy shall be read as "the tender of pardon was granted to "A2" instead of "the tender of pardon was granted to the A".

26.03.2021 ssi Note: Registry is directed to make necessary amendments / corrections in Crl.O.P.No.14261 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020 and the amended order copy shall also be sent to the learned IX Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.
