JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.G.Ethirajulu, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for respondents 3 to 5.

2. This writ appeal is filed against the order rejecting the application filed by the present appellants to be impleaded in W.P.No.29071 of 2023. The said application was rejected by the learned Single Judge on 20.10.2023. The learned counsel for the appellants further submits that the writ petition itself was disposed of on 03.11.2023. The appellants have filed a separate appeal against the final order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 03.11.2023.

3. In that event, when the appellants have already filed an appeal against the final order passed in the writ petition, the present appeal is unnecessary. Whether the rights of the appellants are affected or otherwise can be considered while considering the said appeal.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ appeal, as such, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.7444 of 2024 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (D.B.C., J.) 28.03.2024 Index : Yes/No drm To
