This Criminal Original Petition filed to call for the records in Crime No.566 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner herein and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.566 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police. The investigation in this case has been completed and on completion of the investigation, the first respondent has closed the case as "Further Action Dropped" on 23.09.2015.
3.He further submitted that a Joint Compromise Memo has been filed by the petitioner and the second respondent before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
this Court. Pursuant to the RCS Notice No.177 of 2016 having been served to the petitioner on 27.09.2016, the final report has to be filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur. 4.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
