J U D G M E N T

This Court by its earlier order dated 16.04.2021 had made it very clear that if steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant before the next hearing date, the Second Appeal shall stand dismissed as abated automatically.

2.Today, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite best efforts have been taken to contact her client, she was not able to do so.
