Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para 4 (ii) of order dated 22.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.6517/2019 in Crl.A.No.115/2019.[CRL.MP.1623/2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWARNAM J RAJAGOPALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, vide order dated 22.08.2019 passed in Crl. Appeal No.115 of 2019, granted bail to the petitioner/appellant on condition to appear before the trial court on the first working day of every month, until the disposal of the Appeal. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioner/appellant has come up with the present Miscellaneous Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that though the petitioner/appellant is facing difficulty in appearing before the trial court, on the first working day of every month, he has been regularly complying with the said condition imposed by this Court, till date.

3.The submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant has been conceded by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the trial court, as and when required.
