O R D E R

The petition is filed to withdraw Original Petition in I.D.O.P.No.99 of 2020 on the file of the District Court, Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 03.11.2019 as per the Christianity Rites and Customs at Villupuram District. The petitioner and the respondent started their matrimonial life happily. On account of difference of opinion, the petitioner states that she was forced to leave the matrimonial home.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner only filed a divorce petition in I.D.O.P.No.99 of 2020 before the District Court, Villupuram. In order to meet out her livelihood, she is working as Software Engineer at Porur and living with her aged parents. She has to take care of aged parents also. Thus, she is not in a position to travel and contest the case filed by herself in I.D.O.P.No.99 of 2020.

This being the factum, this Court is inclined to consider the transfer petition. Accordingly, I.D.O.P.No.99 of 2020 pending on the file of the District Court, Villupuram stands transferred to the Family Court, Chennai and consequently, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
