These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to grant leave to file writ appeals against the order dated 3.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.29071 of 2023.

Heard Mr.G.Ethirajulu, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners are third parties to the writ petitions. The subject in issue touches upon the rights of the petitioners and the respondent authorities, based on the order passed by the learned Single Judge, are proposing to acquire the lands of the petitioners.

As the petitioners claim that their rights would be adversely affected by virtue of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, we grant leave to the petitioners to file writ appeals.

These petitions are ordered accordingly.
