CR.NO.578 OF 2015 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed that the petitioner is executing the blood related sureties in Crl.O.P.No.35023/2019 in S.C.No.189/2016 on the file of the Additional District (Fast Track) Court, Mettur, (Crime No.578/2015 on the file of the respondent police) dated 07.01.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ARULMOZHIMARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 35023 of 2019 dated 07.01.2020. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate and also considering the nature of offence, the condition with regard of execution of bond and sureties, imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, out of which one shall be a blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional District (Fast Track) Court, Mettur.
