(CRIME NO, 361/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.19867 of 2021 dated 26.10.2021 on condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Cr.No.361 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police station.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19867 of 2021, dated 26.10.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, the petitioners herein had not complied with the condition as directed by this Court vide order 26.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.19867 of 2021.
