ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.619/C4/E2/2012 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

01.03.2012 and quash the same and to to direct the respondents to prepare the panel of Grade-II Physical Director fit for promotion to the post of Grade I Physical Director as per the qualification prescribed in the Special Rules for the post of Grade-I Physical Director and promote the members of the petitioner's Association.

2. It was submitted by Mr.P. Anand Kumar, Government Advocate learned counsel for the respondents that G.O.No.39 dated 19.02.2016 would redress the grievance of the petitioner. A copy of the said G.O was circulated to the learned counsel for the petitioner. On going through the same the learned counsel for the petitioner would agree that the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed by the above said G.O.

3. Therefore, recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
