ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to implement the proceedings of the first respondent dated 08.05.2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, his request for removal of wrong entries in the patta, standing in the name of the third parties for the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, has been forwarded by the first respondent to the third respondent through its proceedings dated 08.05.2023. The petitioner seeks for implementation of the first respondent's proceedings dated 08.05.2023 in this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 4 to 7, notice to respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the implementation of the

proceedings of the first respondent dated 08.05.2023 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 to 7 and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the proceedings of the first respondent dated 08.05.2023 and after hearing the objections of respondents 4 to 7 and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
