JUDGMENT
When the second appeal came up for hearing on 05.08.2021, there was no representation for the appellant and hence was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 10.08.2021. Even today, i.e., 10.08.2021 there is no representation for the appellant. A Perusal of the record shows that the sole respondent died long back and till date no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.
