Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code to set aside the Decree and Judgment dated 2/3/2018 made in E.A.No.110/2017 in E.A.No.73/2017 in E.P.No.159/2017 in RCOP No.821/2015 passed by the Learned XIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

O R D E R

This Review Application has been filed against the order passed by myself dated 18.09.2019 in CRP (PD) No.3085 of 2019.

2. The Revision Petition was filed by the present petitioner, who was the tenant against whom, by a concurrent finding by the Rent Controller as well as the Rent Control Appellate Authority, eviction was ordered. Pursuant to those orders, the revision petitioner / tenant has admittedly vacated the premises sometime in August 2017 and the said aspect has been considered and recorded by this Court in the order passed

on 18.09.2019. By thus, the said revision filed by the petitioner, who was the tenant, was dismissed.

3. Having gone through the order passed by this Court dated 18.09.2019 in the said Civil Revision Petition, this Court feels that no ground, as has been urged by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the present review, worthy warranting review of the said order dated 18.09.2019, is made out.

4. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this Review Application.

It is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
