BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CENTRAL CRIME BRANCH, CHENNAI DISTRICT, (CRIME NO.270 OF 2019).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "(b)the petitioner should report before the respondent daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter every saturday at 10.30 am until further orders" in the anticipatory bail order dated 02.11.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No 17119 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support there of and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17119 of 2020, dated 02.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17119 of 2020, dated 02.11.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
