This petition has been filed to call for final report on the investigation in Guduvancherry Police Station Crime No.1002 of 2014, based on the complaint dated 21.09.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today Mr.A.Ravi Kumar, Inspector of Police, Guduvancherry Police Station, is present before this Court.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that if some time is given, the police will complete the investigation in accordance with law.

5. Accepting the submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file Final Report or Closure Report, as the case may be, with due intimation to the petitioner.
