a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fifth respondent to send the passport bearing No.F 2270913 issued at Trichy dated 17.01.2005 in the name of the Muruganandan Ramasamy to the fourth respondent and send the same to the third respondent. For Petitioner in both W.Ps'

The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition No.15292 of 2012, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to collect the passport bearing No.F 00887552 issued at Chennai dated 14.08.2004 in the name of the petitioner from the third respondent and to send the same to the fifth respondent. The prayer in W.P.No.15293 of 2012, is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to send the passport bearing No.F 2270913 issued at Trichy, dated 17.01.2005 in the name of the Muruganandan Ramasamy to the fourth respondent and send the same to the third respondent.

3. It seems that against respondents 3 and 4, these Writ Petitions were dismissed for default. Hence, in my considered opinion, no further adjudication is necessary in these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. There is no order as to costs.
