This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1017 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No. 1017 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No. 54 of 2015 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has been filed, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
