O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.1211 of 2022, dated 07.11.2024.

2.On the earlier occasion, the 2nd respondent/District Revenue Officer did not appear before this Court despite issuance of notice to all the contemnors.

3.Today, Mr.S.Venkatesh, District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram, the 2nd respondent, is present before this Court. His presence is recorded. 4.This Court, by order dated 19.03.2025, recorded the undertaking of the learned Additional Advocate General and adjourned the matter today. It is now reported by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Ramanlaal, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, that the order of this Court had been complied with, and patta had been issued along with sketch and the Revenue records had been mutated accordingly.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed.
