(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the detenue Sanna Reddy Taruni, aged about 22 years, directing the respondents to cause production of his wife/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3.The detenue Sanna Reddy Taruni, wife of the petitioner and the daughter of the fourth respondent, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner, husband of the detenue, is also present before this Court. 4.On enquiry, the detenue submits that she is aged about 22 years. She further submits that she married the petitioner herein and that she is willing to go along with her husband, the petitioner herein.

5.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention and that she is willing to go along with her husband, the petitioner herein, we are of the view that nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.

6.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
