2. In these petitions, the respondents have been served, they have not entered appearance nor is there anyone to oppose the petitions. I am satisfied with the reasons. All the three Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Office is directed to amend the cause title and show the respondents 16 & 17 as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent.
