This petition is filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the writ appeal.

Abdullah, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 2. Though notice having been served, there is no representation on behalf of respondent 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 65 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
