It is seen from the records that the first respondent died on 26.02.2013 and eleventh respondent died on 08.04.2016 and till date no steps have been taken by the appellants to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondents 1 & 11. 2.In view of the above, the Second Appeal stands abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
