Prayer in REV.APLW SR No.145758 of 2015:- This Review Application is filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 114 of CPC to review the order passed by this Court in W.P No.17218 of 2015 dated 17.06.2015.

Prayer in W.P No.17218 of 2015:-To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the retirement benefits such as gratuity, earned leave salary, commutation etc., payable to the petitioner with interest at 18% from 31.01.2012, the date of retirement.
