Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2019 and survey the land.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2019 and survey the land. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents and made a preliminary statement on instructions that the details as provided in the Sale Deed on the basis of which the petitioner seeks revenue sub division, is inadequate and it is not possible for easy identification of the property and requested some time for filing his written objections/counter. He also made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 03.03.2021 at 11.30 a.m at the office of the second respondent, the Tahsildar.

4.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2019 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
