ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to correct the FMB sketch for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with the representation given to the respondents seeking for correction of the FMB sketch. Since the said representation of the petitioner was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents in this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reason, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2025 seeking for correction of FMB sketch for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
