The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to return his certificates, namely, 1. B.Sc., Degree Certificate, 2. M.Sc., Degree Certificate 3. Transfer certificates, 4. Reports submitted by the petitioner and 5. Certificates for international conference etc., in view of the fact that the 2nd respondent was not returning the original certificates as mentioned above to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that after filing of the Writ Petition on 04.12.2014, the documents were returned to the petitioner.
