ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17255 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.25672 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17255 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.25672 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month.
