Common Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the third respondent in Auction Notice No.15/ka/2015-2, dated 23.04.2015 in respect of Item No.1 and 9, 7, 4 and 3, respectively and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to follow procedures under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.

ORDER
These Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioners to quash the auction notice dated 23.04.2015 in respect of the items specified in the notification.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the period of lease got expired and hence, the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions have become infructuous.

3. It is seen that as per the impugned notification, the lease was for the period from 01.06.2015 to 31.03.2017. Since the tenure of lease itself got expired long back, this Court is unable to find any substance in these Writ Petitions. Hence, the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions has become infructuous. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
