This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.31989 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31989 of 2024, dated 06..01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days on every first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m.
