Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's land in Survey No.11 an extent of 90 cent land in Ayarnapalli Village, Aleseebam Post, Hosur Taluk.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's land in Survey No.11 an extent of 90 cents land in Ayarnapalli Village, Aleseebam Post, Hosur Taluk.

2. On perusal of the records, except the representation made by the petitioner, no other documents have been filed in support of the claim of the petitioner. That apart the representation dated 09.04.2012 after a period of 9 years, this Court cannot direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's request for issuance of patta.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is devoid on merits and liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation with all supportive documents to the authorities concerned for issuance of patta. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
