Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned junior counsel attached to the office of the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first appeal, from out of which the impugned order emanates, is itself dismissed.

2.In view of the above fact, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present civil revision petition and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
