Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB Cases and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai to dispose of C.C.No.7836 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
