(CRIME NO. 1104/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders for interrogation imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.25534/2021 dated 23.12.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.T.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25534 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner complied with the condition without any deviation from 23.12.2021 to 18.01.2022. Subsequent to that, he was admitted in Coimbatore Hospital as inpatient and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition imposed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition, regularly, without any deviation, prior to his hospitalisation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
