This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 28.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.29192 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for 20 days and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second respondent shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for 10 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
