Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue appropriate Writs, Orders or Directions and in particular a WRIT in the nature of CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS after calling for the entire records from the second Respondent for the order passed in No. DE - 114 - 2017 / 201 dated 05/04/2017 by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and directing the respondents to migrate the petitioner from the 5th respondent college to the 6th

respondent dental college for the second year BDS Course on the application made by the petitioner on 24/11/2016 to the 1 to 4th respondent and also to direct the respondent to add the days attended in the fifth respondent college along with attendance of the Sixth respondent on migration from fifth respondent college to the Sixth respondent college (in WP.No.10323/17) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.SATHISH KUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.M.PAPPIAH Special Government Pleader for 1, 4 & 6 respondents and MR.S.SEETHALAKSHMI Advocate for 2nd respondent and MR.P.R.GOPINATHAN Advocate for 3rd respondent and MR. on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- WA NO.

1544/2017 filed by the Dental Council of India is said to have been dismissed today (ie) 04.12.2017, confirming the order of this court dated 07.11.2017. Therefore, the Dental Council of India is left with no other go to approve the migration of petitioner from the 5th respondent to 6th respondent College and is directed to produce the migration order by 18.12.2017. Failing which, the Secretary, Dental Council of India shall appear before this court on 18.12.2017.
