O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The instant Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to produce the body or person of petitioner's minor daughter Rasika, aged 17 years immediately who is in the custody of the 3rd respondent, before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

2. Pursuant to the complaint registered in Cr.No.1 of 2024 dated 15.01.2024 under the caption 'Girl Missing', the respondents have traced the petitioner's daughter viz., Rasika, aged 17 years and had produced her before us.

3. When we interacted with the petitioner's minor daughter, she expressed that she intends to reconcile with her mother and live under her

care and protection.

4. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. [M.S.R., J] [S.M., J] 31.01.2024 ars Index : Yes / No To
