ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl. O.P. No.28373 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 that 'the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders'.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl. O.P. No.28373 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024, is relaxed.
