(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.This Petition has been filed by the grandmother of the detenu challenging the detention order passed against the detenu viz., Thiru Sudhakar @ Jilo Sudhakar, S/o.M.Murugan, aged about https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
years by the Second Respondent in Order No.849/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 10.12.2019 under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the Second respondent against the detenu.
4.Recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
