CR. NO. 59 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of the order to comply with orders of this Honourable Court made in Crl.O.P.No.6747 of 2020 date 23/03/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VINODH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 23.03.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3.Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions.
