Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the present President of the petitioner association to participate in the 60th Quarterly Meeting to be held on 25.02.2014 at 4.30 pm at Board Room, Central Office, Chennai which is in tune with the decision rendered in Valayapathi's case in W.A.No.2137/2013 by this Hon'ble Court.

Writ Appeal preferred under Section 15 of the letters patent against the order of this court made in W.P.No.23609/2013 dated 11.10.2013. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to forbear the 1st respondent bank from permitting the respondents 3 & 4 to participate in the notification and discussions with the Bank Management in respect of any matter pertaining to employeremployee relations of the Bank.
