This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 01.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.26182 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday, till the final report taken cognizance by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate and thereafter, appear before the said Court, till the date of Committal and thereafter, appear before the Sessions Court, during the Court hearing dates.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
