A.No.721 of 2025 is filed to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to examine Mr.Rajagopal Krishnan as P.W.2 to identify the signature of the attesting witness, the deceased N.S.Krishnan in the Will dated 16.07.2002. A.No.720 of 2025 is filed to receive the additional documents viz., 1) computer generated copy of the death certificate of N.S.Krishnan dated 09.03.2019 and 2) Original Aadhar Card No.4556 6431 3677 of Rajagopal Krishnan to be marked through the plaintiff in the above suit. 2.Heard both side.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendant has strongly opposed to allow these two applications stating that the present applications are nothing but a delaying tactic on the part of the applicants. Hence, he prays for dismissal of these applications.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to examine the witness namely, Rajagopal Krishnan as PW2 and to mark the aforesaid additional documents however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, these two applications are allowed.

5. Post the matter, before the Additional Master-II for recording evidence on 26.03.2025.
