The petitioner has filed the above Criminal Revision Petition questioning the correctness of the order dated 20.10.2014 passed in C.M.P. No.93 of 2014 in C.A.No. 135 of 2014 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Court, Salem.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the main Appeal in C.A.No.135 of 2014 itself has been disposed of by the Court below and, therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
