In view of the order passed by this Court in A.No.230 of 2018, the prayer sought for in this application cannot be accepted, accordingly, it is dismissed.

2. In view of the dismissal of this application, the petitioning creditor shall deposit the expenses to be incurred by the Official Assignee to bring the property for public auction and in this regard, the amount to be quantified shall be deposited by the petitioning creditor within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Official Assignee shall proceed to bring, the property in question, for public auction. 15.04.2019 vji Note: Issue copy of the order on 16.04.2019.
